FYIT will never hold a client hostage because we host your database at an external site. If you no longer wish to use our services, we will provide you with a copy of your database on request.

Our hosted solution includes an off-site daily backup of your database to an alternate data facility located in a different geographic location than your primary database. This is done as part of our service to provide your organization with a solution for Disaster Recovery.

We can provide you with a copy of your most recent database backup free of charge once per year. If you have the need for more frequent requests, you will be charged for 1 hour of time at our advertised IT consultant rate.
